Q3 QBR participant handouts
Both handouts, with your August 12 edits already in them. The
shorter Leaders deck, your replaced screenshots, the retitled sections, all of
it. Open either one and keep going from where you left off.

Four things that are different since this morning
- The logos move
- Click either logo on the cover and drag it. Grab the corner square to
resize, arrow keys to nudge a pixel at a time, hold shift while
dragging to keep it on one axis. Moving the logo does not push the title
down the page. There is a slot for a second logo in the left panel, under
the first one, for the Forging Leadership mark when it arrives.
- Elevate branding is off, and there is a switch
- The wordmark in the corner of every page and the “Let’s
connect” bar at the bottom of the last page are both gone. Left
panel, under Document, to put them back.
- The section numbers are off the SLT
- The “01” in front of each heading was a separate field
rather than part of the words, which is why deleting the text never got
rid of it. The Leaders handout already had none.
- Saving no longer gives up on a big file
- The warning bar you got mid-call was real: the browser had stopped
writing, and a refresh went back to the last version it had managed to
save. Fixed, and the screenshots are compressed on the way in now, so the
Leaders file is a third of the size it was.
Still open, for you and Ashley
- The escalation section is a visible placeholder.
Ashley's outline and the deck both say INSERT FINAL GFM ESCALATION
THRESHOLD GUIDE, so it is sitting there in orange rather than quietly
missing.
- The seven principles are in Ashley's order, not a tidied one.
Her outline runs Decide on time, Shepherd the cascade, Reflect and learn
before the four that open the process. It looks like a paste artifact, but
it is her document, so I left it as written. One-line fix if she wants it
resequenced.
- Ashley wrote RESILIANCY in the Building Trust section
heading. Yours to change or keep.
- Your PDF export has a green icon in the bottom right of page
one. It is a browser extension, not part of the handout, and it
will print. Worth turning off before the Sunday print run.
The versions you were working in this morning are still at their
old links and still hold what was in them:
SLT,
Leaders,
SLT free layout,
Leaders free layout.
Nothing you do in the new ones touches them. Once you are happy above, these
can go.
Built from Ashley's outline and Larissa's two decks, then rebuilt
from your Aug 12 export. Everything saves in your browser as you work, and
Export JSON gives you a copy that travels. Something off, or want a section
rebuilt? Tell me and I will turn it around.
